Shaunta and Eric's Champagne Cellar Wedding on Biltmore Estate

When a gorgeous bride marries a handsome groom, throw in an adorable child, a champagne cellar, exquisite floral arrangements and candlelight for days, an epic wedding unfolds. I have so many favorite photos from this wedding. Each photo reminds me of the beautiful and so very authentic emotional connection this family shared.

These dimples - What can I even say to describe how PERFECT this child is? He stole my heart (along with the heart of everyone else at the wedding)!

This shot is one of my absolutely favorites of the favorites. Sometimes a reflective window presents an opportunity that just can not be passed by.

Shaunta and Eric weren't the only ones saying vows at this wedding. Shaunta's young son, Joey, was an equally important part of their ceremony as they vowed to be a family. Joey just cried so hard which of course made everyone else cry, too. These are the moments that make all the wedding glamor and glitz fade away, so that only the important elements remain - love and the hope for a lifetime of happiness. 

Floral candelabras, stone walls, stunning tapestry, all lit by the soft glow of candles... Shaunta and Eric offered their guests nothing less than the very best.

Delicious food from Biltmore Catering included these mini gourmet pizzas. Choosing pizza for an appetizer option brings a touch of fun and whimsy to your wedding reception.

Wishing this sweet family a life together that is as beautiful as they are, from  the inside out.

Alison and Ben's Private Estate Wedding Part 2

Alison and Ben chose to have their wedding on a family estate, and what a beautiful setting it was! The Bride selected a natural grove on property for the intimate ceremony. Entering the grove felt like an escape to somewhere otherworldly, yet this beautiful spot was nestled into a nook right by the house which made it the perfect choice for both setting and convenience. The ever fabulous Mary Bell Events brought together every tiny piece and detail of this day to make it perfect! 

I heart Alison's old, borrowed and blue sapphire and diamond pin on her dress! Details details details!

It's moments like these that make me glad I have auto focus on my camera...  

L O V E those happy tears!

Flower Gallery of Asheville created these elaborate aisle arrangements. These natural wood chairs held more beautiful florals than a few of bridesmaid bouquets I've seen over the years!

This decorated arbor is all things brilliant, natural, soft and glam at the same time. Yet even these breath-taking flowers play second fiddle to the groom wiping away tears in the sweet emotion of the moment.

A table full of luxurious hydrangea and swirly tag holders? Oh yes, please.

Rustic chairs and coordinating banquet table invite party and guests to an unforgettable wedding dinner.

Even a brightly colored floral cake topper can't steal the show from a masterpiece wedding cake by Karen Donatelli.

Matching Bride and Groom shoes might have been my favorite part of this wedding, except I cannot EVEN pick my favorite thing. Everything was just perfection.

As Ben is a chef, the food and wine were extremely important elements of the wedding day. Just look at this selection of wine!!!! Oh my! There is something for everyone.

I am wishing Alison and Ben many years of happy moments reminiscent of their extraordinary wedding day - surrounded by family, friends, and all things beautiful.

Sam and Casey's Wedding at the Omni Grove Park Inn

When a bride says "I want to be a fairy on my wedding day" you would expect her to be barefoot with flowers in her hair...and that is exactly what this bride did. Although we had monsoon-like rains for several weekends in a row, Sam did not let that change her mind. She had her garden full of flowers at the ceremony and still went barefoot the entire day! She wanted to be a fairy...and that she was. And the cheese...oh my the cheese! Such delicious goodness everywhere!

The misty day added to the fairy tale mystique of this wedding, making the Blue Ridge mountains live up to their name.
