Sam and Casey's Wedding at the Omni Grove Park Inn

When a bride says "I want to be a fairy on my wedding day" you would expect her to be barefoot with flowers in her hair...and that is exactly what this bride did. Although we had monsoon-like rains for several weekends in a row, Sam did not let that change her mind. She had her garden full of flowers at the ceremony and still went barefoot the entire day! She wanted to be a fairy...and that she was. And the cheese...oh my the cheese! Such delicious goodness everywhere!

The misty day added to the fairy tale mystique of this wedding, making the Blue Ridge mountains live up to their name.

Josh and Madison's Wedding at The Crest Center

The soft colors of Josh and Madison's wedding were a perfect complement to the sweet souls of everyone involved. From the adorable flower girl, to a blessing by Madison's mother, to a throw down on the dance floor, every guest had a blast at this Crest Center Wedding.

I love the look on Madison's face!

The Crest Pavilion is a dramatic location for a mountain wedding ceremony. I can't get over those rows of blush hued petals. The bride and groom chose a unique layout for their ceremony, too, that made the most of the round shape of the space. This is also a dream come true for me as I can capture images from all directions without being intrusive! I love this setup!

When it's about cake, what else is there to say?

Photography Note: Madison loved her soft wedding color palate so much, she requested that I edit her photos to portray the same soft style. I enjoy working with couples to give them just what they are envisioning their wedding photos to be - Whether it be a bold pop of color, or vibrance from the DJ lights, or a black and white classic look. The day belongs to the Bride and Groom, and their photos should show that, just like every other element of their wedding.

Leslie and Brad's Wedding on Biltmore Estate

We giggled and belly roll laughed! We played! We waved down limos with the wrong bridal party...ha ha, but the best part was that we captured some beautiful images of Leslie and Brad's perfect wedding day on Biltmore Estate. Photographing this couple was a dream as they celebrated each moment of their day. Just look at Leslie's smile! It was definitely shared by everyone!

The bright colors Leslie and Brad chose for the programs and florals added a summery glow to the wedding day.

Deerpark on Biltmore Estate looked like a fairytale setting thanks to a ceiling of twinkle lights, tables laden with crystal, bursting summer flowers, and rose petals everywhere. Leslie asked Mary Bell to take the reins to make it beautiful, and that she did!

Amy and Brent's Lake Toxaway Wedding

Happy Monday! I have TOO many photos from Amy and Brent's super fun wedding at Meadow Ridge in Lake Toxaway that I want to show you. Seriously, choosing a select hand full to share is SHEER TORTURE! It's not just that Amy and Brent planned a pretty wedding at a gorgeous location with perfect attention to every little detail...but the whole group was a walking party!
